Our Approach
In order to achieve successful systems, asset and service management solutions, that encompass both technology and business processes, the following key areas are utilised in all Q-Armada services:
People, Process & Technology (PPT)
People, process and technology are critical elements to providing successful IT and asset management. But just as important, if not more so, is the integration and interplay between all three elements. Based on Q-Armada’s extensive experience in IT and asset management we understand that the connection and interaction between all three components does not occur by chance and requires a clear and deliberate approach. Q-Armada includes the PPT premise in each and every service.
Asset Lifecycle Management
The asset lifecycle is a blue print that can be utilised to logically track an asset as it passes through each lifecycle phase (i.e. acquisition, integration, operation and retirement). Each phase has its own set of unique requirements that affect other phases of the lifecycle, either positively or negatively. This dependency highlights the need to qualify the impact and requirements each phase has on an asset and determine processes that enable your assets to move smoothly and predictably from one phase to the next. This delivers reliable and meaningful data which puts you in control and promotes confidence and improves services levels.
Service Lifecycle
Q-Armada Service Management services are founded on ITIL’s Service Model and its five distinct phases that merge together to deliver exceptional IT and business services:
- Service Strategy (why are we doing this and what do we want to achieve?)
- Service Design (what are all the components needed to bring our vision to fruition and how do they all fit together)
- Service Transition (moving the plan from paper and vision to the real world)
- Service Operation (managing the service on a day-to-day basis)
- Continual Service Improvement (are we meeting our initial goals and what can we do to make the service better, faster, more efficient, …)
